Website use

You may use this website to evaluate PotBhar POS and contact us for legitimate business purposes. Do not probe security, disrupt service, submit unlawful material, impersonate another person, scrape at unreasonable volume, or misuse the brand and content.

Product and subscription

The advertised ₹5,000/year refers to the PotBhar POS software subscription described on the website. Hardware, printers, payment-provider fees, travel, data migration, on-site installation, custom development, and other services are included only if expressly quoted. A final order summary or invoice controls the purchased scope.

Licence and accounts

A paid subscription grants the customer a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use PotBhar POS for the subscribed restaurant or outlet and authorised devices during the subscription term. Customers are responsible for staff access, PINs, device security, lawful data entry, backups or exports made available to them, and notifying us of suspected unauthorised access.

Offline and third-party dependencies

Core counter functions are designed to work locally, but cloud sync, remote access, online payments, WhatsApp, speech recognition, email, maps, and other integrations depend on connectivity and third-party services. We do not promise uninterrupted availability of services outside our control.

Customer responsibilities

• Configure taxes, prices, invoice details, users, and permissions accurately.
• Obtain notices, consent, and other lawful grounds needed for customer and employee data entered into the POS.
• Use supported devices, printers, browsers, operating systems, and reliable power/network arrangements.
• Comply with GST, invoicing, employment, consumer, privacy, and restaurant-sector obligations applicable to the business.

Intellectual property

PotBhar POS software, website design, code, documentation, trademarks, and original content remain owned by their respective rights holders. No source-code, resale, sublicensing, reverse-engineering, or removal of proprietary notices is permitted except where mandatory law expressly allows it.

Disclaimers and liability

Demonstrations and website material are informational and may change. To the maximum extent permitted by law, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss is excluded. Any aggregate liability for a paid service will be limited by the applicable written order or, if none states a limit, the fees paid for the affected subscription period. Nothing excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Suspension and termination

We may suspend access for material non-payment, security risk, unlawful use, or serious breach, with notice where reasonably possible. Upon expiry or termination, software access and cloud services may stop; customers should export available records before the effective date.

Law and changes

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts of competent jurisdiction in Maharashtra will have jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory consumer forum or dispute process. The current version is dated 21 July 2026. Material changes apply prospectively unless law requires otherwise.
